Nearly two decades as co-founder and Development Director of Callahan Ward Companies shaped a career spanning real estate development, finance, housing, and education. During that time, Nino, his partner, and their team delivered more than 500 housing units and completed over $150 million of development across Philadelphia. The firm's work received fourteen design awards, including three AIA National Housing Awards, and was featured in Architect Magazine, Dezeen, Architectural Record, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and on the cover of Architect Magazine’s July 2019 issue.That experience shaped an approach centered on identifying value, solving complex development challenges, and balancing financial rigor with thoughtful design and civic responsibility. Today, Nino brings that practitioner perspective to advisory work focused on real estate development, housing, and the intersection of public and private investment.Nino also teaches graduate courses in Real Estate Finance, Valuation, and Urban Revitalization at Thomas Jefferson University, helping prepare the next generation of real estate professionals.Through both teaching and practice, he remains committed to advancing thoughtful, financially viable approaches to housing and community development.MS, Real Estate Finance — New York University

Development Consulting - Nino advises private developers, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations on development feasibility, project finance, entitlements, and housing strategy. His clients benefit from the perspective of a practitioner who has taken projects from concept through completion.Teaching - Nino teaches graduate courses in Real Estate Finance, Valuation, and Urban Revitalization at Thomas Jefferson University and has guest-lectured at programs across the region. He is available for additional teaching engagements, guest lectures, and curriculum consultation.Financial Analysis & Advisory - Nino provides targeted financial analysis, pro forma review, and project-level advisory support for development teams and organizations evaluating or advancing real estate opportunities.
